We accept Visa, MasterCard or Paypal for online orders. We also accept certified checks, international money orders and electronic bank transfers. Shipping cost, customs, duties and taxes for International shipments outside the United States must be paid by the ultimate consignee if applicable. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping rates.
Magna-Pak has been in business for 34 years, our top priority has always been our customer’s security and privacy. Magna-Pak will not share personal and confidential information of any kind about our customers or contacts. This includes your e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and any other personal data. We honor your right to privacy. Our on-line ordering system is a secure system. In order to protect your information we provide Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for personal data and credit card encryption. Our website is secured by GeoTrust and Validated Site.
All retail orders are shipped FREE of charge within USA and Canada via United States Postal Service. ($5.95 handling applies * excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, there is a small charge to ship to these areas). Courier shipping is available within USA for $17.95 (handling included) at checkout if the order is time sensitive. Customs, duties and taxes for international shipments outside the United States will be paid by the ultimate consignee if applicable. Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
All products except as noted below** are sold with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return the item for a refund of the purchase price less 15% re-stocking fee, shipping and handling. Items must be in new condition. Prepaid shipping costs and handling will also be deducted from the refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice date.
Please note: Damaged, soiled, worn or abused items are not eligible for refund.
**Insoles, mattress pads, face masks and pet & equine products are not eligible for refund due to health regulations.
How to Return Products:
Returned items must be prepaid and sent by US Post. We suggest you purchase insurance for your own protection. We will credit your account, after we have received back the item. Do not use UPS, FedEx couriers etc. to return items.
Important Steps – Email Magna-Pak for return authorization "before" returning a product. You will be given the address for Magna-Pak’s Return department. If this protocol is not followed, a refund will not be granted.

Magna-Pak strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. Pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, Magna-Pak shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, Magna-Pak may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
